A COLORLESS WORLD? ONE WITHOUT ANY OF YOU! ❤

Colorless without you,
Except that I’ll be so blue…
Love would be rare
Without you there,
That’s not flattery, but true!

Hi, here’s my poem.
A delightful world:
Each day I wake up,
I may not be able to see
But I am in love with the beauty
Of who I get to be
In this vast universe
My tiny world is unknown
But I’m blinded by my pains
When there is so much to explore
I cannot see the world
Like others around me do
But I can feel its magic
Like a dream coming true
The warmth of the sunshine
On my quivering cold skin
An absolute wonder to feel
As it caves me in
The chirping of the birds
I hear every single day
I cannot really see them
But I can hear what they say
The dazzling smell of nature
That proliferates all around
The freshness of the grass
As I lay on the ground
The taste of the sweet berry
A mystical kind of flavour
I may not see the colour
But the taste I can savour
These salient four senses
Are what keep me alive
In this delightful world
Where I live and strive

May the best poet win…! (My work tends to be on the spur of the moment….not as elaborate or deep as others’.)

The Blind Man Loves Anais
By Vanessa Shields
Dessa is green apple: crispy bitter sweet
Charlie is brown bark: rough soily natural
Anais is blue water: wide flowing changing
He is in love with Anais
having caressed her skin
with the eyes of his fingers
(that she so generously offered
without hesitation)
skin on skin was electric
shooting life into edges
tips
on his body he didn’t
know existed
the result was
a literal spark
Anais loves to swim
in his darkness
she is a water spider
guiding him to sea

Title: Colourless
Written by: victoria
There is less colour
In this world
Through the eyes
Of pessimistic humans.
The colours of the trees
Seems to be dripping away into
The drainage of the streets
Something hard hits my leg
I turn to take a look
A car?
Have I become dead aswell
Black and white is all I see
I smile as he makes gestures
Ouhh this is real life Charlie chaplin
Me like.
I don’t seem to see much
Colour when I’m in doom.
It’s as though my brain
Has gone on strike.
It’s as thought the mini
Me has put a blind
Across my optic nerve.
It must be that
I can’t be colour blind
No way.
I must be optimistic
Let colour shine back
To my soul.
Where are the
care bears
When I need them the most.
They use their stomach
To bring in colour
To my soul.
Care bears care bears
Come out come out
where ever you are.
I will focus more on the white
For that signifies purity and hope
As I walk through
this courless world
I am nothing but
content and at peace
For this how the
Shows were televised.
There is beauty is a colourless
World
till the care bears
come along.
