Thursday Poetry Competition – The results!

Hi everyone, I hope you’re doing well, firstly, I know I haven’t been posting that often but I have some exciting new content coming up!

Anyway, here are the results for last week’s comp!

Contestants had to write look out of the window and write what they see, or they could make up what they see.

The winner is…TARUSHI! Congratulations Tarushi, here is what she has written:

Cold

I touched the window

with my bare hands

and just felt

how cold it was.

With a storm

raging outside

I felt a storm

raging inside me as well.

I just concentrated

on the cold glass

feeling the touch

of my own reflection.

‘Shhhhh…’ I whispered

to myself

‘this pain

will subside soon…’

Great job Tarushi! And the runner up is…

KRIPPA! Congratulations 🎊 Check out her brilliant work here.

Thank you to everyone else who entered, we loved each and every piece of work!

And thank you so much for reading! And join us every Thursday for another Poetry Competition!
