Fridays with Phoenix

Hi everyone, I hope you’re all well and happy.

If you follow me on Instagram then you would’ve seen some of my paintings, for those who haven’t, here are some of my latest pieces!

The painting above took so long, but it was really worth it! I painted it on the back of an old coffee table and stuck it at the end of my bed.

The girl’s face looks really weird, but the wolf is good, right? Right?

As you can tell, the beach is my favourite thing to paint. I mean, who doesn’t love the beach? 🏖️

I’m so happy with this one! I love the Lion King!

I’m really into acrylic painting, but I still love reading, so here are some of the books that I have read recently.

The Alchemist is a fantastic story, have any of you guys read it?

This is my third favourite book, after Anne of Green Gables and the last dragon chronicles. I’ve read it so many times!

Fourth favourite book! Have you read it or watched the film? I watched the film a while ago, which was great but the book is so much better!

Everyone likes to hear about my cat, Phoenix, and that’s a picture of him stretching above. He’s over one years old now, still loves eating, playing with his sister (sometimes fighting) and running away from the stray cats in the garden. Before you can ask, I’ve named all ten stray cats in the garden and they’re pretty cute.

I enjoy having them around (come on people, I’m a crazy cat lady) however they keep hissing at my Lil Phoenix. So now he gets access to the fresh air from the roof.

He loves running across the rooftops and trying to catch birds!
